Job summary

New York University is seeking a lead analyst to manage balance sheet and activity accounts, recording journal entries and reconciling complex ledgers. You will oversee working capital reconciliation and serve as the liaison between NYU's real estate portfolio and accounting to ensure accurate recording.

Responsibilities include driving intercompany processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering support to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant audit, analysis and reconciliation experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years of audit, analysis, and reconciliation experience.

Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as they apply to banking transactions

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00.
