The position offers a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 remote), a base salary of $90-120k plus bonus and benefits, and opportunities to work directly with founders, operators, and investors to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting - ideally within the hospitality, retail, or multi-unit industries.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and comfort building models from scratch.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and performance drivers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill data into clear insights and tell a financial story.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and client partners.
• Experience working with restaurant operators or hospitality businesses is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-unit restaurant and hospitality businesses.
• Analyze P&L statements, unit-level performance, and key operating metrics to identify opportunities for margin improvement and growth.
• Support client CFOs and managers with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and board/investor materials.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist in developing dashboards and reporting templates to improve visibility across revenue streams, labor costs, and COGS.
• Participate in client calls and meetings to discuss financial performance, projections, and strategic decisions.
• Conduct industry and market research to help contextualize client performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
