Job summary

We All Gotta Eat! Hospitality Group in New York City seeks a Chief Financial Officer to partner with ownership and drive strategic growth across NY, FL, and CA.

The CFO will oversee finance, reporting, and capital allocation for multiple concepts including sushi, French bistro, and pizza concepts, with plans to expand in 2027. The role requires 10+ years of finance leadership in hospitality, strong ERP experience, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA and CPA preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership in hospitality or multi-unit F&B.
• Experience as Controller, VP Finance, or CFO; strong investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategies with ownership and executive leadership.
• Develop financial models for openings, leases, and capital allocation.
• Oversee M&A activities and investor reporting.
• Manage consolidated P&Ls and COGS, labor, and OPEX.
• Implement restaurant ERP and data systems for reporting.

We All Gotta Eat! Hospitality Group, a critically acclaimed, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group based in New York City, seeks a Chief Financial Officer, to report to and work strategically with ownership to continue to grow our multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group with locations in NY, FL and CA and growing.

We All Gotta Eat! operates successful restaurants and special events and brand collaborations at our locations NY, FL and CA.

Our NYC concepts include Michelin star awarded omakase concepts Sushi Noz and Noz 17, and Noz Market, as well as, Chez Fifi, an authentic French bistro with Basque influence on the menu and an award winning wine program, and lounge.

Our Miami restaurants include Eleventh Street Pizza locations, as well as, Fooq's a beautiful, full-service restaurant, that also features nightlife and event spaces.

We have additional high-end concepts scheduled to open in NYC and LA in 2027.

Reporting relationship:

The CFO reports to ownership and will work cross functionally with operations, human resources and all departments to support profitable, successful operations, compliance, and and to sustain the success of existing locations and concepts and continue to scale our group.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Growth

• Partner with the ownership and executive leadership to define and achieve growth in existing and new concepts and markets.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for new restaurant openings, lease negotiations, and capital allocation.
• Oversee M&A activities, joint ventures, or strategic partnership evaluations.
• Manage investor relationships and reporting.

Operations Finance & Unit-Level Economics

• Manage consolidated and brand-specific P&Ls across all concepts.
• Establish tight controls on food and beverage cost of goods sold (COGS), labor percentages, and operating expenses.
• Implement and optimize industry-standard restaurant ERP and data systems (Paylocity, Toast, and third party accounting systems) for timely accounting, payroll and financial reporting.

Accounting, Treasury & Compliance

• Direct accounting operations, cash flow forecasting, investor reports, payroll consolidation, and tax compliance across multiple corporate entities and local jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state and city labor laws, tip credit regulations, and hospitality industry compliance standards.
• Manage banking relationships, debt financing, credit facilities, and annual independent audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA and CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ to 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Controller, VP of Finance, or CFO within the hospitality, multi-unit restaurant, or food & beverage sector.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in restaurant-specific financial management software, general ledgers, and advanced reporting.
• Core Competencies: Deep familiarity with complex multi-concept cost structures, commissary/central kitchen accounting, and investor rreporting

Compensation:

Salary range $175K - $250K salary range
