What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support senior company leaders with data‑driven analysis and strategic insights by managing departmental spending across technology, marketing, and OpEx
- Build, maintain, and evolve financial models to support the company’s financial goals across all financial statements
- Partner with the People team to ensure hiring plans align with company goals and headcount spend is accurately reflected in financial forecasts
- Independently manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and alignment on KPIs
- Investigate forecast variances and financial trends to identify root causes, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or consulting, with a strong grasp of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward driving results for the mission, business, and finance function
