Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and predictability across various projects and initiatives. You will establish financial accountability by monitoring budgets, tracking performance against targets, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Your role involves identifying, assessing, and communicating financial risks, assumptions, and constraints, while supporting leadership decision-making through detailed financial analysis and scenario planning.

Responsibilities
  • Drive value creation by optimizing resource allocation, improving cost management practices, and ensuring efficient use of investments.
  • Develop and maintain short and long-term financial forecasts, incorporating strategic priorities and changing business conditions.
  • Analyze operating costs and spending trends, providing insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investments, strategic initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities.

Essential Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning and reporting systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
