Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Finance Manager and provide financial leadership and decision support for the company. This role will support the annual operating plan process, budget, and forecast process, business analysis performance reporting, assist with the department’s compilation and distribution of management reports, metrics, and analysis of financial trends – including actual results against budget and forecast. The position will also support model development to aid decision making across a variety of opportunities. This includes financial analysis of new and emerging growth segments at Herr’s. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site per week.
