Herr’s is seeking a full-time Route Sales associate to join the Hampton, VA team. The role offers an hourly rate of $19.00 and a Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 45–50 hours per week, with eligibility for a retention bonus up to $250.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Full-Time Route Sales position, joining our Hampton, VA team.

• HOURLY RATE: $19.00/hour
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 45-50 hours a week.

Qualifications You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Clean driving record.
• Courteous with customer service orientation and demonstrated listening skills.

• Professionally and safely operate a personal vehicle.
• Able to understand and speak English. Bi-lingual a plus.

Physical requirements and work environment:

• Frequently walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, balancing and lifting and reaching using fine manipulation
• Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Exposed to outside weather elements.
