Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and ongoing review of detailed financial models to enable corporate planning and budgeting.
• Compile internal and external presentations, including investor presentations, quarterly and YE earnings releases and presentations, board materials, and regular internal reviews.
• Prepare variance reports, comparing budget expectations to actual results and consensus.
• Run financial models to analyze impacts of various operational and financial sensitivity cases.
• Capital markets evaluation and execution.
• Assist in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by developing corporate merger models, analyzing optimal financing structures, and conducting accretion / dilution analysis.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years FP&A experience
• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting
• MBA preferred
• Oil and Gas experience required
