• Acting as the COO and financial adviser to the regional leadership team to align business decisions which enable performance to monthly, quarterly and FY financial commitments
• Perform in-depth financial analytics to protect bottom line identify opportunities e.g.: cost productivities, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) and Working Capital improvements.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process, driving continuous improvement to reduce variances and identify risks / opportunities in the forecast.
• Work closely, provide financial analysis and support to Operations, PCO
• Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as actively participate in the Strategic Plan (STRAP)
• Manage month closing activities including and not limited to preparing JE's and posting in line with compliance.

You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial success of the SPS SBG by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, monitor key performance indicators, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.YOU MUST HAVE
