Job summary

Based in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago with hybrid work, this high-visibility role partners directly with senior leaders to influence business decisions through rigorous financial analysis, forecasting and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• CPA or Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, annual planning and financial modeling.
• Manage P&L, OpEx, cash flow statements and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence business decisions.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
