Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Chicago to join a fast-growing finance team. Hybrid/On-site work arrangement with local candidates preferred. This role provides exposure to executive leadership, involvement in forecasting, board and lender reporting, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.

You will build and maintain forecasts, dashboards, and cap tables, deliver high-quality presentations, and collaborate on model development to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of analytical, financial, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial forecasts, KPI dashboards, cap tables, and recurring reporting.
• Prepare and manage presentations for lenders, board members, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis against industry peers to identify best‑in‑class metrics.
• Support leadership with financial modeling, ad‑hoc analysis, and business case development.
• Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and growth initiatives.
