CFS in Chicago seeks a Financial Analyst to join the team and directly support executive leadership. This role offers hands-on involvement in lender and board presentations and significant growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop sophisticated financial models, forecasting tools, KPI dashboards, and cap tables, while contributing to FP&A and corporate finance activities in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of analytical, financial, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and financial analyses as a Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial forecasts, KPI dashboards, cap tables, and recurring reporting as a Financial Analyst.
• Prepare and manage presentations for lenders, board members, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis against industry peers to identify best-in-class metrics.
• Support leadership with financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and business case development as a Financial Analyst.
• Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
