Responsibilities include budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and developing models to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Power BI or BI visualization experience a plus.
