The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to support financial planning, reporting, business partnership, and the continued modernization of its financial reporting environment.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a finance business partner – Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders, helping them understand financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting – Prepare, analyze, and enhance recurring management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Advance reporting modernization – Translate manual reporting processes into automated Power BI dashboards that improve accuracy, consistency, visibility, and accessibility of financial information.
- Drive process automation – Identify opportunities to streamline recurring FP&A workflows using Power Query, Power Automate, and other automation technologies to reduce manual effort and accelerate reporting cycles.
- Support financial planning and analysis – Assist with forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and other FP&A activities that support business decision-making.
- Improve data integrity – Help strengthen financial data quality and reporting processes while supporting new initiatives and evolving business requirements.
- Improve operational efficiency – Recommend and implement process improvements that simplify data preparation, reduce reporting cycle times, and create more scalable financial processes.
- Support systems and process transformation – Participate in system and process re-engineering initiatives, evaluating the downstream impacts of process changes and helping implement sustainable solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working in a professional services, corporate, or similarly complex business environment preferred.
- Strong Power BI capabilities, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or Alteryx is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models, forecasts, analyses, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and business partnership skills, including the ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and automate recurring reporting or analytical workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with a genuine interest in improving processes and modernizing financial reporting.
