Job description

We are looking for a bright, dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join the Bio-Rad FP&A team at our corporate headquarters in Hercules, California.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key part of the Corporate FP&A team, working with a highly visible and fast-paced HQ team on global consolidation activities. You will support global budgets, forecasts, monthly financial analysis and reporting, and provide ad hoc analysis for decision-making support.

How You’ll Make An Impact :

1. Prepare monthly business review package, quarterly CEO review package, and Board of Directors’ package.
2. Participate in EBITDA reporting process with non-GAAP methodology through collaboration with all Finance stakeholders, including Corporate ad hoc projects for business strategy development related reporting.
3. Support global FP&A teams in the annual operating budget and forecast processes, including OPEX variance analysis, global FP&A calendar, and AOP calendar.
4. Business Partnership and Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Finance and non-Finance business partners. Proactive in exhibiting strong influencing capabilities with business partners and a willingness to maintain open and transparent communication across the organization.
5. Identify business process improvement opportunities, develop solution options, engage management and stakeholders to align on decisions, implement approved plans, and revise desk-level procedures to reflect changes.

What You Bring :

• BS / BA in Accounting or Finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years experience in an accounting or finance role, either in public accounting or corporate finance; experience supporting areas such as SG&A, R&D, consolidations, commercial (sales), supply chain (manufacturing & logistics) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with attention to process and documentation, ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills to clearly convey monthly reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to translate GAAP terms to non-accounting partners.
• Ability to manage deadlines from multiple project streams.
• Experience with Enterprise level Accounting and Planning software desired; Essbase and SAP preferred.
• Hands-on approach; willingness to engage in operational details to ensure accurate information delivery.
• PowerBI or related experience preferred.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range is $117,900 to $162,200, with actual offers based on experience, location, and other factors. The position is eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
