Savers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Supply and Supply Chain operations with advanced financial modeling, reporting, and strategic insights.

The role partners with Supply leaders to drive growth and efficiency across Savers’ donated goods network, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics. Hybrid work in Bellevue, WA is available.

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Pay Range: $82,649 - $123,148

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid, On‑Site 2 days)

What you’ll be working on:

The Senior Financial Analyst applies the advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills to support Savers’ Supply and Supply Chain operations. They possess a strong analytical mindset and demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and creativity in solving problems and informing business decisions. They possess a pre‑disposition toward relationships and business co‑piloting, along with creativity in problem solving. These skills will be critical for supporting key supply and sourcing strategic initiatives which are at the foundation of Saver’s growth ambitions in the years to come. This role partners closely with Supply leaders on strategic initiatives that enable growth and efficiency across Savers’ donated goods supply network. Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field & strong knowledge of accounting practices
• 3-5 years experience in Finance or a combination of education and experience that yields the required Finance knowledge, skills & abilities
• 2 years of retail or manufacturing experience preferrable

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to communicate and understand the spoken word are important as well
• Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word
• Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound
• Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic)
