Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team in the Atlanta area. The role offers high-visibility partnership with senior leaders and exposure to strategic financial decision-making in a large, established organization.

The position is hybrid with three days onsite in Atlanta and requires advanced Excel, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills. You will drive P&L analysis, reporting, and cross-functional financial planning.

Formación

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably 5–7.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• P&L and three-statement understanding.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Corporate cost-center budgeting/forecasting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for the corporate FP&A team.
• Build financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance.
• Support month-end close and variance analysis.

We're partnering with a large, established, well-known and respected organization looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its Corporate FP&A team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more visibility, broader business partnership, and exposure to strategic financial decision-making while joining an organization that offers strong long-term growth potential.

Looking for:

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally 5-7
• budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling
• P&L and three-statement understanding
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Corporate cost-center budgeting/forecasting experience

Pluses: Manufacturing/distribution/logistics experience, financial systems experience, SAP, balance sheet/cash flow analysis, M&A exposure, CPA/CMA/CFA.
