JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Associate within the Compensation & Benefits Finance team to analyze financials, prepare reporting, and identify opportunities to streamline processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives across HR and finance.

You will lead month-end analyses, allocate expenses across global locations, and develop materials for senior management while strengthening controls and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for and execute month end analysis and forecasting processes, working closely with HR Controllers, Planning & Analysis teams, HR, and Lines of Business to ensure accurate deliverables
• Support preparation of firmwide HR-related budget guidance and variance explanations to Lines of Business
• Calculate and manage expense allocations impacting all global locations and firmwide Lines of Business
• Prepare variance analysis for firmwide Line of Business impacts of expense allocations
• Execute stress forecasting calculations and submission deliverables for CCAR and Risk Appetite
• Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for senior management that summarize forecast results, plans and progress
• Enhance controls and improve risk environment, including producing, organizing and maintaining documentation
• Perform various projects and ad-hoc analyses for senior Finance and HR leaders
