Embark is seeking an Advisory Senior Consultant to join our Financial Advisory practice in Nashville. You will support clients with financial reporting, technical accounting, and M&A activities, helping transform accounting functions with efficient processes and accurate analysis.

The role offers exposure to multiple advisory areas, collaboration with senior leaders, and opportunities to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, and M&A.
• Support accounting function transformation and analysis.
• Work closely with clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Exposure to multiple aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategy.
