Job summary

Frazier & Deeter in Nashville seeks an Advisory Associate who recently graduated or is finishing their degree to join our practice and help deliver exceptional service to clients. We offer exposure to a variety of teams, projects, and industries and mobility across US/UK offices as you grow.

Day-to-day you will work with seniors and managers on client engagements, travel to client sites, communicate with teams and clients, support ad hoc projects, and build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to sit for applicable certification exams such as the CPA, CISA, or CIA.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with seniors and managers on a variety of client engagements across multiple industries.
• Travel to client sites as an active contributor on engagement teams.
• Communicate with engagement team members and clients to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Support ad hoc projects as department needs arise.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm.
• Review feedback with seniors and managers to continuously improve your work.
• Network with FD team members at firm social events.
• Develop your career path with your performance manager and seek ongoing guidance.
