Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a consultative, sales and technical support professional to back one or more Financial Advisors. You will work closely with Advisors to meet client needs and source new prospects, while leading the Advisor team in strategic planning and execution of client value propositions.

Key duties include analyzing goals and risk tolerance, managing client relationships, assisting with trades, and delivering client presentations while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
• 4 years professional experience, including 1 year in the securities industry.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66.
• Applicable state health and life insurance licenses, jurisdictional registrations must match that of the advisor(s) supported.
• Organized and self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing strategic direction to increase revenue.
• Consult clients and prospects to analyze goals, risk tolerance and suitable investments.
• Assist clients with trades, information requests and account problems.
• Provide ongoing client relationship management, counsel and reviews.
• Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and engagements.
• Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales through referrals.
• Adhere to Truist and regulatory standards including FINRA.
