You will complete required training, maintain licenses, and operate within regulatory guidelines as you develop a trusted advisory relationship with clients nationwide.

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Support from a firm-provided branch office and network of support.
• Lighten the client load with client support to focus on clients.
