Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services with clients and investment products.
• State insurance licenses preferred; professional designations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Provide client support and leverage the network from client support to home office.
