Edward Jones in the United States is seeking a financial advisor to build a personal practice supported by branch teams and regional advisors. You will develop client relationships, understand goals, and create tailored financial strategies.

Qualifications

Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
Experience in financial services with clients and knowledge of investment products.
State insurance licenses preferred.
CFP&Certified Financial Planner or CRPC designation desirable.

Responsibilities

Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and develop personalized strategies.
Oversee branch processes and ensure a high-quality client experience compliant with policies and regulations.
Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.
