Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Financial Advisor to grow a client base and deliver personalized financial strategies across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll work with a branch team to source clients via face-to-face and virtual channels, building trust and delivering comprehensive plans while complying with regulations.

Required licenses are Series 7 and 66; insurance licenses are preferred. The role offers strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and extensive support from a large network of advisors

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
• Experience in financial services with clients and in-depth knowledge of investment products.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and/or CRPC or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.
• Work with a firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten the load so you can focus on clients.
• You will have a vast regional and home-office support network.
