Qualifications

• Licensed to sell securities (Series 7 and Series 66).
• Experience in financial services with client focus.
• Insurance licenses preferred and ongoing regulatory training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand client needs to create personalized strategies to reach goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to execute the business plan and improve results.
• Create an engaging branch environment based on trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain licenses in good standing.
• Operate from a firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten load and focus on clients.
• Work independently with a large support network backing you.
