Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking entry to senior-level financial advisors to build and grow personal client relationships across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll work with a branch team and a home-office network to deliver tailored financial strategies while pursuing long-term client goals.

Ideal candidates have Series 7 and 66, state licenses, and professional designations. The role emphasizes client service, career development, and a flexible compensation structure with bonus and profit sharing

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
• State insurance licenses are preferred.
• CFP and/or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and/or CRPC designations are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to gain new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality, compliant client experiences.
• Engage the team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for growth.
• Create an engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain licenses in good standing.
• Collaborate with a branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten the workload and focus on client outcomes.
• Leverage a broad support network from client support to home office.
