Business Development Manager at Prudential Advisors

Prudential Advisors is seeking an experienced financial advisor in the Philadelphia metropolitan market who is interested in working with an existing book of clients. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career and business while helping individuals and families with their financial needs. The position includes:

  1. The ability to service an existing book of business upon hire.
  2. The opportunity to collaborate with a team and expand your client base through Prudential’s referral programs.
  3. Creating client solutions without proprietary product sales requirements.
  4. Compensation that is 100% benefitable regardless of the product or company sold.
  5. The benefits of an independent advisor with the support of traditional employment.
  6. Two retirement programs: a 401(k) with a 4% match and a cash balance pension plan.
Requirements:
  1. Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 6 and 63/65) required.
  2. At least three years of investment sales experience.
