Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Financial & Actuarial Consultant within the Health and Benefits division to lead a team of actuarial professionals and provide underwriting guidance, financial projections and tooling support. You will mentor staff, drive training programs, and ensure client deliverables meet Gallagher standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years experience in Health and Benefits on Broker or Carrier side.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals delivering high‑quality services to clients and internal teams.
• Provide resources, tools and training for underwriting analysis and financial projections.
• Mentor analysts and consultants and drive adoption of best practices across regions.
• Represent FAC in client or prospect meetings and build client relationships.
