Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Phoenix, AZ. You will review invoices, prepare budgets, and manage close processes in collaboration with the Financial Accounting and Analysis Director to support business units.

You will ensure accurate GAAP/IFRS reporting, implement internal controls, and stay current with regulatory changes. The role requires on-site work at our Phoenix facility and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of accounting experience.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field and 1 year of accounting experience.
• US GAAP, SOX and IFRS practices must be applied; strong emphasis on financial reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposed and revised budgets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Book and track related-party transactions.
• Perform G/L account reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Provide assessments and improvements to financial systems; develop and implement accounting processes and controls; use complex financial models for planning, forecasting, and efficiency.
