TSMC Arizona is seeking a Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, period-end close, reconciliations, and reporting in our Phoenix facility. You will maintain data integrity across ERP systems and support audit compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with 3+ years of related experience, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, SAP experience, and proficient Excel skills. It is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and fixed asset transactions.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP systems and accounting tools.
• Assist with period-end close and preparation of supporting schedules.
• Support financial reporting and audits with accurate data and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
