Job summary

TSMC Arizona, the leading semiconductor manufacturer, seeks a Financial Accountant for its Phoenix facility to manage daily accounting routines and support ERP-driven processes. You will contribute to the period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while upholding our stringent controls and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting or business administration with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with minimum 3 years of related accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong focus on Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting routines, maintain financial data integrity, and support transactional processing across ERP systems.
• Play a key part in the period-end close process, prepare critical account reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting and audit compliance.
• Collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy across the accounting department.
