Job summary

TSMC Arizona, the leading semiconductor manufacturer, seeks a Financial Accountant for its Phoenix facility to manage daily accounting routines and support ERP-driven processes. You will contribute to the period-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while upholding our stringent controls and accuracy.

Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting routines, maintain financial data integrity, and support transactional processing across our ERP systems. In this role, you will play a key part in the period-end close process, prepare critical account reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting and audit compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate on special projects and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and accuracy across the accounting department.

Education

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with minimum 3 years of related accounting/cost accounting experience.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with major ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong focus on Excel

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• 100% in office, no hybrid or remote opportunities.
