Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and approve financial transactions to ensure accuracy, funding availability, and compliance with university policies and sponsor requirements.
• Serve as a financial reviewer for college transactions ensuring expenditures are allowable, properly documented, budgeted, and aligned with priorities and funding restrictions.
• Process and oversee all expense and budget transfers for the college with timely, accurate documentation.
• Monitor account balances and funding sources to verify funds before approvals and resource commitments.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies with departments and College Fiscal Management Directors.
• Reconcile financial records and review activity to ensure compliance with accounting standards and sponsor/university requirements.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to support sound fiscal decisions.
• Manage college systems access and security requests per university policy.

Education

Associate's Degree + 7 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience
