Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
- Typically 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in Power & Utilities.
- Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and PowerPlan.
- Demonstrated ability in business case development.
- Knowledge of digital strategy.
- Awareness of finance compliance and regulation.
Responsibilities
- Design finance operating models.
- Improve finance processes and control.
- Design Shared Services and Global Business Services.
- Advise on outsourcing opportunities.
- Lead FP&A activities.
- Oversee finance systems and automation initiatives.
- Ensure robust close, consolidation and reporting.
- Manage cost and profitability analysis.
- Oversee procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes.
- Understand CIS, GLs and interlinked billing in utilities.
