Ideal candidates have a finance background with forecast and planning experience, are highly collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in financial planning and/or accounting.
Experience collaborating with global teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps.
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to align definitions across stakeholder groups.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Advocate for change, with experience challenging existing processes and implementing improvements.
Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
Ability to learn new tools quickly with a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

Support data definition and the design of integrated forecast and plan processes, including the EPM project.
Participate in the expansion and maintenance of the DX Finance Data Catalog through partner collaboration.
Support the Data Governance and Stewardship Program, including process management and training delivery.
Gather feedback from global partners to measure impacts and summarize insights for leadership.
Provide project management support using Smartsheet and Power BI to track milestones.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes using Power Platform and Copilot.
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and dashboards to ensure knowledge sharing.
Become a subject matter expert on tools shaping finance, including Alation, EDP, Snowflake, Signavio, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Smartsheet, EPM.
