You will collaborate with project teams and clients to analyze current operations, identify improvements, and implement solutions, while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, technology, economics, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents business requirements, configurations, test plans, and deliverables as determined by management.
• Establishes strong client relationships and adheres to leading practices.
• Manages project segments independently while supporting multiple projects.
• Ensures timely communication and escalation as needed.
• Contributes to achieving utilization, realization, and other metrics.
