Job summary

UHY-US is seeking a Consulting Senior to help clients improve financial processes, systems, and strategies. You will collaborate with project teams and clients to analyze current operations and develop and implement transformative solutions to achieve objectives.

You will also provide guidance and mentorship to consultant team members, manage project work streams, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, accounting, finance, technology, economics, or computer sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents business requirements, configuration designs, test plans and results.
• Adheres to leading practices in all deliverables.
• Establishes strong relationships with clients.
• Manages segments of projects independently while contributing to multiple engagements.
• Responds to internal and client inquiries with urgency and clear communication.
• Translates client needs into strategies that drive transformation.
