Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a Senior Finance Technology Support Analyst to deliver advanced D365 F&O functional support for finance operations and end-to-end processes. You will coordinate with Microsoft, partners, and vendors, support month-end activities, and drive configuration reviews and testing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of ERP/D365 experience, with opportunities for growth, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including flexible remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5 years proven experience with enterprise application or ERP support, including hands-on D365.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O and end-to-end finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2 functional and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations incidents, service requests, defects, access questions, configuration issues, and processing exceptions.
• Apply functional knowledge across core D365 F&O areas, including financial accounting, payables, receivables, banking, fixed assets, budgeting, procurement, projects, expenses, collections, reporting, and tax.
• Support Finance users in the effective use of D365 processes, workflows, approvals, inquiries, and standard reporting capabilities.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing by diagnosing application issues, coordinating escalation, and validating restoration of affected business processes.
• Resolve functional and configuration issues that fall within approved procedures, access, and assigned responsibilities.
• Assist with configuration reviews, functional impact assessments, testing, and business validation.
• Document incidents, findings, resolutions, workarounds, recurring patterns, and known errors.
• Coordinate with Microsoft, implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party vendors when specialized support is required.
