Geneva Search Partners LLC seeks a Senior Finance Systems & Reporting Analyst to join a team at the intersection of finance, technology, analytics and investment accounting. You’ll support reporting tied to portfolios and performance, while improving systems and data behind that reporting.

This role involves cross‑functional collaboration with senior leadership, accounting, finance and technology, and offers a hybrid work environment and strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of relevant finance, accounting, reporting, or analytical experience.
• Understanding of financial statements and financial metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, Power Query and modeling.
• Power BI or similar reporting/analytics experience is a plus.
• Investment, fund or financial services experience is helpful.

We’re working with a highly respected investment organization that is adding a Senior Finance Systems & Reporting Analyst to its team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, analytics and investment accounting, with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

You’ll support reporting and analysis tied to investment portfolios and financial performance, while helping improve the systems, data and processes behind that reporting.
