You will collaborate with clients, data experts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within data-related domains, preferably in financial services.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Extensive AML or financial crimes data experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for data applications, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data experts, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate status, milestones, and decisions to executives and stakeholders.
• Analyze client business processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and work with developers for alignment.
• Perform impact assessments considering cost, resources, and technical constraints.
• Provide SME guidance on data technology trends and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
