Job summary

Rivian is seeking a motivated Product Manager to lead the design and development of custom software for Rivian’s Finance and Accounting organization in Plymouth, Michigan. Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience building and scaling internal tools or operational systems.
• Experience leading projects with diverse stakeholders and driving deliverables.
• Familiarity with Finance, Accounting, or business operations teams as internal customers is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial data workflows is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert for Finance and Accounting workflows at Rivian, including accounts payable/receivable, treasury, close, reporting and compliance.
• Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap for Finance & Accounting tools aligning with operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate user needs into detailed specifications, prioritize features, and reduce data silos with engineering and design teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch for custom finance tools.
• Leverage data and analytics to track KPIs and drive continuous optimization, exploring AI/ML opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, accounting, and IT to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
