Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Systems to lead the enterprise-wide finance applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, PowerPlan, Kyriba and Cadency, across four global Finance centers.

You will set priorities, oversee daily operations, and ensure critical cycles close accurately and on time. As a senior Finance liaison, you will partner with Accounting, Tax and IT to govern configuration, data integrity, controls, and change management while coordinating with vendors and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, financial systems, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing professional employees and/or large teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise financial systems and related technologies.
• Experience with internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and regulatory requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional support and administration of enterprise Finance applications.
• Set priorities and provide leadership to Financial Systems teams across locations.
• Ensure applications support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial cycles.
• Oversee significant production issues and coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain governance over configuration, data, interfaces, and change management.
• Provide governance for application releases, tests, and business validation.
