Job summary

Exelon Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Systems to lead the enterprise-wide finance applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, PowerPlan, Kyriba, and Cadency. You will drive governance, data integrity, and process improvement across Accounting, Tax, and Finance teams.

You will partner with IT and external vendors to align functional requirements, testing, and releases, while safeguarding SOX controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems.
• Demonstrated leadership managing professional employees and large teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional support and administration of enterprise-wide Finance applications.
• Set priorities and direct Financial Systems managers, analysts, and contractors.
• Ensure financial applications support key accounting and financial cycles.
• Oversee issue resolution with Finance, IT, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain governance over configurations, data, and change management.
