Job summary

CalOptima is seeking an ITS Analyst Sr, Finance Systems to join the Budget team and oversee configuration, testing, and optimization of finance systems. You will act as the primary administrator across modules and collaborate with vendors to implement improvements.

The role emphasizes UAT, reporting via Power BI, and governance of finance processes. Partial telework is approved with CA-based in-office presence two days per week in Orange, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience providing system support.
• 3 years of experience using computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize finance systems; serve as primary system administrator.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and test system changes.
• Develop reports in finance systems and Power BI.
