Job summary

CalOptima Health seeks a Program Manager for Individual and Family Plans (Covered California) to join our Strategic Development team in California. The role coordinates program development and implementation and collaborates with providers, partners and state agencies to deliver new initiatives.

The position supports day-to-day program operations, governance, KPI dashboards and policy alignment, with partial telework and a requirement to come in to the Orange, CA office at least two days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, business, health care administration or related field plus 3 years of health care program experience.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to engage internal and external partners to support program goals.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development and implementation of strategic development programs and new product lines.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and budgets across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop KPI dashboards, workflows and policy changes to improve program performance.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and external agencies.
• Provide administrative support and mentorship to team members as needed.
