Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance/BA roles, strong documentation, and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams. This is a remote-friendly role with a 12-month contract and potential extensions.

Formación

• 5+ years BA experience in Finance/FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, budgeting, treasury.
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards E1 finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, EPM.
• Experience writing functional specs and leading UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, and costing functions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and deliverables for technical teams.
• Support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and Oracle Hyperion/EPM environments, including system enhancements, testing, and optimization.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test strategy, execution, defect tracking, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors throughout SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and reduce manual effort.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and reporting solutions to support adoption.
