HP is seeking a senior finance leader to drive critical business initiatives, oversee analysts, and guide strategic decision-making across geographies. The role focuses on financial management, reporting, and reconciliation of results, with a strong emphasis on process improvements and policy development.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in financial management or related fields, CPA/CFA preferred, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver ROI.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.
• Supports the business in ensuring capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure ROI for the global company.
• Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, using a deep understanding of the business to achieve objectives.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
• Drives process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
• Provides information and counsel in controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of overall business plans and strategies.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve complex problems.
• Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting policy and direction.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees to ensure realization of operational and strategic plans.
