HP is seeking a seasoned finance leader to partner with business units, deliver strategic financial support, and guide long-term planning in a moving SaaS/Software model. The role influences executive decision-making, shapes policies, and leads talent development across finance teams.

The position emphasizes ARR/SaaS expertise, matrix collaboration, and experience with M&A activities to drive transformation and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of job-related/management experience in finance, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and identification of recurring revenue streams from a Finance perspective.
• Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of recurring revenue across the organization.
• Allocate financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensure timely delivery of financial programs.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines across the company for financial and tracking metrics.
• Advise executive management and influence strategic direction while developing policies and implementing them.
• Provide talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Provide leadership to finance and business teams on changes in business models and reporting.
• Drive and develop SaaS/Recurring Revenue knowledge across finance and business units.
