Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Value Realization Finance Manager to drive the financial value agenda for transformation programs across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and data domains. You will develop, maintain, and govern the integrated business case, ensuring value drivers and KPIs align with enterprise priorities and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in value realization, strategy, financial analysis, or business transformation.
• Experience building and managing business cases and KPI frameworks for enterprise transformations.
• Experience supporting investment cycles or capital approvals.
• Strong ability to connect operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Proven cross-functional influence and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with System Integrators on value modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP transformations in retail (SAP S/4 preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance value agenda and integrated business case.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to quantify value opportunities.
• Establish finance baselines, methodologies, data requirements.
• Own benefits realization tracking and variance analysis.
• Provide reporting, dashboards, and scenario analysis for governance.
• Coordinate with Investment Analysis and FP&A on costs and forecasts.
• Support value realization during deployment and operations.
• Other duties as needed.
